Overview

At Eichen Licht, operated by LF Capital LLC, we are committed to delivering your order safely and transparently.

Eichen Licht operates as a dropshipping retailer, meaning that products are sourced from trusted third-party suppliers located worldwide and shipped directly to customers. As a result, delivery times may be longer than those of traditional retailers.

Section 1 – Where We Ship

We currently ship to Germany and the United Kingdom.

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or freight forwarding addresses.

Section 2 – Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

There is no minimum purchase requirement, and there are no hidden shipping charges.

Section 3 – Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Processing times may be slightly longer during public holidays or periods of exceptionally high demand.

Section 4 – Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Germany: 15–20 business days
• United Kingdom: 15–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

For customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer only upon physical delivery of the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Section 5 – Order Tracking

All orders include a tracking number.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 5 business days after dispatch for tracking updates to become available.

Section 6 – Customs, Duties and Taxes

For orders shipped to Germany and other European Union countries, applicable VAT is handled in accordance with EU tax regulations, including the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme where applicable.

For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, VAT is collected and handled in accordance with applicable UK tax regulations.

Customers will not be charged any additional customs duties or import taxes unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law.

Section 7 – Lost or Undelivered Packages

If a shipment is confirmed as lost by the carrier or cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond your control, we will, at our discretion, either:

• send a replacement at no additional cost; or
• issue a full refund.

Please contact us if you believe your package has been lost or significantly delayed.

Section 8 – Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.

Eichen Licht is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Section 9 – Packaging

Some products may occasionally be shipped without their original retail packaging due to supplier availability, logistics requirements, or periods of high demand.

In such cases, the product itself remains identical in quality, functionality, and completeness to the one advertised.

The absence of the original retail packaging does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
